The place is quaint and clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff are welcoming and pleasant, the rooms are cheap. The location is great in a great area, close enough to the sea front by the pier, city centre, train station, beach, and the promenade and centre of town. A nice touch is also the warm beverages in the downstairs bar. Every time we stay in Aberystwyth, like to stay here.
